Vanessa Andrial
Vanessa focuses on representing individuals who have been injured due to negligence, carelessness, or intentional acts, often resulting in severe, life-altering injuries. Her unique background as both a teacher and a lawyer equips her with a compassionate and thorough approach, ensuring her clients receive dedicated representation as they navigate the challenges posed by these devastating injuries.
A Miami native, Vanessa attended Florida International University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and History and was selected to join Phi Beta Kappa. Vanessa earned her Juris Doctor from the Florida International University College of Law. While in law school, Vanessa served as an Article and Comments Editor for the FIU Law Review; she was a teaching assistant for a Professor in the Legal Skills and Values Program and made the Dean’s List.
Other Work
Vanessa interned in the Complex Business Litigation Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida for the Honorable Jose M. Rodriguez. Prior to joining the firm, Vanessa also gained valuable experience working as a law clerk at a prestigious Miami firm.
Vanessa is involved in various professional organizations, including the Cuban American Bar Association and the Hispanic National Bar Association. She volunteers her time mentoring law students and serves on a Florida Bar Grievance Committee.
